Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Travel with Memories at travelwithmemories.com, operated by PAJAJ HOLDING & CO shpk (NIPT M61319059B), a company registered in Albania. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Travel with Memories lets you create trips, upload photos, view them on a map and timeline, generate recap videos, and optionally share them with others.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Upload content that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Store content you do not have the right to store.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share it.

6. Sharing

If you make a trip public, share a link, link a partner, or invite collaborators, you are responsible for the content you expose. Anyone with a share link can view that trip until you change its visibility; collaborators can view and add photos to shared trips.

7. Free allowance & payments

• Each trip includes a free allowance of photo uploads. Once reached, you may buy additional capacity in packs.
• Payments are processed by POK. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases.
• Purchases of digital capacity are generally non-refundable once granted, except where required by law. For billing issues, contact info@travelwithmemories.com.

8. Recap videos

Recap videos are generated in your browser from your own photos. You are responsible for how you use and share the videos you create.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Google Firebase, POK). Your use of features provided through them may also be subject to their terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, and branding — belongs to PAJAJ HOLDING & CO shpk and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in it other than to use the Service as intended.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own backups of important photos.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PAJAJ HOLDING & CO shpk harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Company & governing law

The Service is operated by PAJAJ HOLDING & CO shpk, NIPT M61319059B, registered in Albania. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
